Update - Duane Kelly who's run the thing for decades is optimistic about finding a buyer. Opinion at the show itself was mixed, some people thinking maybe it is time for a major overhaul of what a F&G show is, others thinking there may be better ways to raise money for the U of W Arboretum...
I was one of the builders of the Elandan Gardens display. It was a blast. I've done it for the last couple of years, but Elandan has been a part of the show since year one. If it goes away, it'll be a loss. But I think it'll continue on... it's a marvelous show and a great experiance. I just hope they can get more plant vendors... it's a little heavy in jewelry and decor, and light on chlorophyll.
