Everybody hates Travel Crud.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How bad is your garden?  The star jasmine is blooming here in Southern California, making the night smell so spicy. The hot winds totaled my Iceland Poppies (the California poppies were fine with it) so I replaced them with the Southern California summer staple, marigolds. The iris are done for the year.  My gladiolas never came up.  I suspect something ate the bulbs. Close you...</title><content type='html'>So sorry you've been hit with that crud.&lt;br /&gt;Close your eyes and indulge the fantasies...and reflect back on Turkey...or enjoy a smutty movie or novel until you can exact your vengeance upon those gobbling weeds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OK...i hate it when people do this to me because they almost never lead without this acknowledgment: You may already use this but just in case you do not/have not: Here is what I do that you may find useful for the future. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have found that Zicam works for me--if I start using it as soon as I feel the first twinges of a virus kicking in...the original "squirt up the nose" product. I never travel without it. And saline solutions. It sounds absolutely gross, but since viruses very often get into us via the nose, "irrigation" is an incredibly effective practice both for prevention and for "unclogging" if clogged. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's the bloody air on those planes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sorry.
