It's true. Exactly Filipo's story. Finding him, or any of Cuenca's invisible dogs, is easy; both Ecuadoreans and expats look right through them all the time. Our work at the Heart of Barkness is to stack the odds in favor of these animals by giving them one-to-one attention, building their confidence, cultivating their inherent strengths and preparing them for family life in loving expat homes.
